At Southview Community Church we are a community with the same desires. But maybe you aren’t any of the above but are looking to learn more about who this “God” is we are talking about?..Maybe you are looking to become a better person or just looking for people to become friends with?…Whatever your search is, you are more than welcome to come out and learn more about us at one of our Sunday services. Here’s a little more about what to expect on any given Sunday.

Children:

We love your children, maybe not as much as you do, but its pretty close. We hope that they enjoy their time with us as well. Children’s Church is a great place for them to have fun, while being supervised and taught the love of God. We will watch over them as if they are our own. Actually a lot of them are. We even screen all our volunteers, through a background check,  to make sure your children are in a safe environment.

Worship:

We love to worship at our services. In fact, our pastors even sing and play instruments, so it will be easy to see that we hold the Arts in high regard. Feel free to join in and worship with us on a Sunday morning. We believe that worship is not only an important part in our Christian everyday life, but it’s also a great time to show God how much He means to us, individually. So, if you feel the need to stand, sit, dance, sing loudly (please don’t throw the praise singers off), lip-sync, hum or stand with your arms folded, at one of our services, we won’t hold it against you. The only thing we ask is that you don’t accidentally hit your neighbor.

Dress Code:

Wear whatever feels comfortable. We will also.

Money:

If you feel led to give your support financially, we will be taking up the offering during our services. Remember as a guest, this is not required or expected so just keep on passing the basket.

Prayer or Question:

As our guest, we want to know if you have a concern, question, praise report or whatever. We have provided a space on this site so that you can connect with us. Believe me, we will read your emails. If you have a prayer request, we will pray for them. If you just want to be on our email list, fill out our contact form and we promise not to spam you too much. We believe that prayer changes lives and that relationships are important. So help us, help you.
